I recently had a fantastic stay at a centrally located apartment in Birmingham. It was just a short walk from the canal area, New Street station, and the city centre. The key pickup process was easy, and I appreciated the convenience of free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a box of chocolates, air fresheners, and even body wash for kids. I was impressed by the attention to detail, including the provision of tea, coffee, sugar, and fresh milk. Additionally, the apartment had amenities like a Costa coffee machine, Netflix, and NOW TV.

I recently stayed at Home From Home for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better, and the free secure parking was a great bonus. The directions provided by the host were straightforward and easy to follow. The bed in the apartment was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the host's attention to detail was exceptional, with thoughtful touches such as a box of chocolates, air fresheners, bottled water, and even Costa coffee pods and a coffee machine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one could need, including cleaning products and toiletries. The host truly went above and beyond. I've stayed at numerous hotels in different cities across Europe, and no other place has matched the level of care and attention to detail that this host provided. I am genuinely impressed and grateful.

Loved the location, plenty of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the Arena. Secure parking was a bonus. They even left me chocolates and tea bags!

So many cleaning products, my shoes stuck to the floor! Like a sticky sweet shop.

Great location, just steps away from the Gas Street Basin. Convenient parking available. Well-equipped apartment, light and spacious.
